Tasty pastry dish with minced meat

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    2.5 g

  • Salt

    15 g

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    300 ml

Cooking

Take the dry yeast, same amount of white wheat flour, 2 teaspoons sugar, mix in a bowl, then dissolve in warm water. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

Add the remaining flour and milk, knead dough (if needed add some flour). Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 2 hours. The dough should increase in volume twice. Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes. Then to press down dough and leave for another 30 minutes. Divided into parts for cooking.

For the filling of belyashi meat cleaned from the bones and tendons, my miss with the onion through a large meat grinder. The resulting minced salt and pepper, and knead thoroughly.
