Cherry pancakes with buckthorn cream
Flavored pancakes with delicate infused cream.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    60 g

  • Bird cherry flour

    40 g

  • Milk

    240 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sea buckthorn

    150 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

In a Cup beat the egg, add sugar, salt, plain flour and cherry.

A thin stream pour the milk, stir well and at the end add the vegetable oil Oleina. In a pan, fry the pancakes.

Sea-buckthorn spread in a saucepan, add water and bring to boil.

Egg mix with sugar, add starch, mix well. Pour in the milk and sea buckthorn puree, stir well.

Put on a small fire and stirring occasionally bring to boil. Boil for a few minutes until the cream thickens. Then cover with cling film and cool cream.
