Chicken rolls
Try juicy rolls of chicken breast coated in chips.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    1 kg

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Greens

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Chips

  • Vegetable oil

Chips finely crumble.

Fillet wash, dry, cut in half lengthwise, each piece repel, salt. Greens finely chopped (I used only dill). Butter cut into cubes, the resulting number of chicken chops. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and egg.

Twist the roll, dip in milk-egg mixture.

Fry the rolls in vegetable oil under the lid over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
