Cooking
Soak gelatine in hot water and dissolve
To combine fermented baked milk, sour cream, sugar and beat for 3 minutes
Pour the mixture in a thin stream gelatin and beat for another 3-4 minutes
You can add berries. I added different-all delicious. Especially liked the cherry
Pour the mixture into the form, add the berries
Add to the top of the form and put in the fridge for 20 minutes (see form not to shoot film-the mixture thickens very quickly and will not leak)
