Oatmeal pancakes with chocolate and Apple pasta
Delicious and delicate thin pancakes, without adding wheat flour... delicious And unusual pasta with a rich chocolate nutty flavor with a note of Apple... a Great combination, impossible to resist!

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    120 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Milk

    230 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    70 ml

  • Peanuts

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Eggs slightly vzbit with salt.

Add milk and honey and mix well. Gradually add oatmeal, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. At the end add the butter.

Preheat the frying pan and a little oil. Pour a thin layer of dough and bake on medium heat for 35-40 seconds. Flip and cook for another 15 seconds.

Apples clear from the core and peel and cut into small cubes.

Apples cover with water, add the cocoa, cinnamon and sugar.

After boiling, cook on low heat until soft apples and boil the liquid, stirring occasionally. It took me 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly.

Peanuts fry on a dry pan or microwave and clean.

To the apples add the peanuts and grind in a blender. To the pancakes!
