The experimental muffins with flour ground from dry buckwheat. The taste of chocolate-buckwheat, but buckwheat gives not clearly. Cooking
To prepare the cupcake I use buckwheat TM "Mistral".
To start grind buckwheat in a coffee grinder. You can also use buckwheat flour.
Add cocoa and baking powder. Mix.
