Chocolate cake on a buckwheat flour
The experimental muffins with flour ground from dry buckwheat. The taste of chocolate-buckwheat, but buckwheat gives not clearly. And pear, as a bonus ;)

Ingredients

To prepare the cupcake I use buckwheat TM "Mistral".
