Cooking
The fish is cleaned, cut into portions. Season with salt and set aside for 20 minutes. Then rinse, dry, roll in flour.
Put the fish into the hot oil and fry both sides until Golden brown, on high heat.
To cook the vegetables. To wash and clean.
Cut into strips, lay out the fish. Lower the heat to medium.
In a bowl, pour soy sauce. I use easy TM Kikkoman.
In soy sauce, add sour cream and tomato sauce, mix well.
Pour sour cream and soy sauce to vegetables and fish. Bring to boil. Season with salt to taste. Lower the heat to minimum and stew for 15 minutes, until cooked peppers.
The finished dish to fill with ground black pepper.
