Catfish in soy batter
Battered fish every tasty. Now imagine, tender catfish in a spicy batter with soy sauce, presented?! So to cook.

Ingredients

  • Catfish

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    240 ml

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.333 Tbsp

To prepare the batter. To do this, in the flour ( 4 tbsp) pour soy sauce and oil, grind thoroughly until a homogeneous emulsion. Pour warm water to make the batter until thick sour cream. Water, add a tablespoon.
