Description
Unusual bright elegant cake! Amazing combination of aromas of vanilla, lemon, strawberries, wine. In this recipe, cane sugar is the way he is, to my taste, adds a bit of spice.

Cooking
Offer a recipe for an amazing pie recipe by Sara Lewis (with my minor changes).
Sift the flour (both kinds) and baking powder.
Beat the eggs and whites with the brown sugar in a bright dense mass. Gently mix with the flour, zest and lemon juice, butter and yogurt.
Split form (23 to 25 cm) grease with butter and lay a paper bottom. Pour the dough and send in preheated oven.
Bake at 180*C for 25-30 minutes. The cake should rise slightly and become crisp. Leave it for a while in the form, then remove and cool on a wire rack.
Strawberries wash, free from tails. Cut into halves or quarters (if large).
Pour the wine into a saucepan, add the cane sugar and the vanilla pod, cut lengthways. Heat to dissolve the sugar. Add heat and cook until a little thick (10 minutes).
Almost in the cooled syrup, add the balsamic vinegar and strawberries.
Cut into pie slices and serve with strawberries in syrup.
