Cutlets from rice and liver
I want to offer you a very tasty version of chicken rice, pork liver and Butternut squash. Are soft, rich and dry cakes.

Ingredients

  • Liver pork

    300 g

  • Figure

    1 pack

  • Pumpkin

    75 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Coriander

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Boil some rice in a bag until ready for 25 minutes. Pumpkin grate on a coarse grater.

Add chopped onion and chopped garlic. Mix well.

The liver is cut into pieces and grind in a blender.

Add the liver to the pumpkin. Stir, add salt and coriander.

Add the rice and stir.

The egg, pour the flour. Stir until smooth.

Fry patties on both sides until Golden color.
