Cooking
Make the marinade for the meat: mix in a bowl to marinate with soy sauce, balsamic vinegar. Add liquid honey, ginger ( fresh grate 2 cm), spices and garlic passed through the press.
Meat cut into not large cubes and put in marinade, thoroughly mix the meat. Leave to marinate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Fry the meat quickly in a well heated pan in small amount of oil, literally 5 minutes. Meanwhile, the pepper cut into strips, onion rings and the floor to add to the meat. Fry everything together while stirring for 2-3 minutes. The fire abated.
Drain liquid from mushrooms and add to the meat. Stir and simmer under a lid for about 30 minutes.
