Cooking
Clean the gizzards from the fat and films
Cut the bellies into slices and spread on a heated pan.
Prepare the vegetables: 2 onions, 2 peppers, 6-7 potatoes, carrots ( one large or 2 medium) 3 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper.
Evaporate the liquid to a dry frying pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add salt to taste. Add 0'5 litres of water and simmer until tender stomachs. 40 minutes.
We cut our vegetables: onion half rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater, pepper strips.
In another pan in a little vegetable oil fry the vegetables
When stomachs are soft, Cut the potatoes in cubes and add to the stomach. Simmer until cooked potatoes.
In almost finished dish, add browned vegetables
Add the spices, herbs, presses garlic to taste. You can add water, who likes in the form of soup. I added a half Cup of ketchup. But it's not necessary. Simmer 5 minutes, stir and ready!
