This recipe I found on one of the culinary sites. A great option for those who do not like liver in its original filing. In this salad it is so in harmony with the rest of the ingredients, even my husband (not a fan of the liver) evaluated and said it was very tasty (though very satisfying). Try.

Cooking
Prepare the ingredients. The liver to boil (30 min. after boiling), potatoes and eggs to boil. Onions clear.
Onions finely crumble, pour boiling water, leave for 10 minutes to left bitterness. Then drain the water and rinse the onions in cold water.
The cooled liver cut into strips.
Cucumber also cut into strips.
Eggs grate on a coarse grater.
Mix it all together. Season with a little salt and mayonnaise.
