Lemon nut
Bright, fragrant and a little damp inside the cake will not leave anyone indifferent. Cupcake are the perfect complement to the chocolate chips and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Seperate eggs for the yolk and white.

RUB the yolks with the brown sugar.

Add sour cream and stir.

Add the pieces of butter. Beat.

Remove the zest from half the lemon and add to the dough. Squeeze the dough in the juice of half a lemon.

Add the flour, baking powder and stir.

Add beaten egg white and stir.

Add the chocolate drops. Mix well.

Add walnuts and stir.

Pour the batter into the pan.

Put the form into the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes at 180-200 degrees until cooked. Slightly cooled cake served to the table, cut into pieces. Enjoy your tea!
