The cookies myself
On the website I looked through some recipes on baking: cakes, cookies. Decided to make my own combined several recipes into one. Turned out pretty tasty and nutritious. Did for Breakfast while I slept.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    310 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Prepare the ingredients, pre-dried nuts.

Mix the butter, cheese, sour cream, egg. Stir.

Add sugar, salt. Stir more thoroughly.

The resulting mass of butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar and eggs. Add chopped nuts and 100 grams of flour+ 0.5 h/l soda. Stir. Add the remaining flour. The resulting dough should not stick to the fingers.

On the tray lay a parchment, grease with vegetable oil.

Roll balls.

Of them do baliki, circles as anyone. Thickness of about 1 cm Spread on a baking sheet, better at a distance of about 1-1,5 cm between them. I have stuck together.

In the oven heated to 175-190 gr. for 20-25 minutes. Turned out so well. Prepared all together with Breakfast.
