Description
This is our favorite pizza. Prepare the dough just crispy and thin. This is not a recipe plump and soft pizza, quite the contrary. It always turns out crispy. The dough is a little sweet with a slight aroma of herbs, which only add spice and flavor.

Cooking
Mix the yeast with the water and sugar and leave for 10 mins Then add to it with herbes de Provence, if not, you can add Italian herbs + rosemary. Here then sieve the flour and knead not very stiff dough. In the end add 2 tbsp oil, knead it and leave for 5 min.
Thinly roll out the dough and spread on a greased baking sheet. Leave for 10 minutes to slightly come, in the meantime, prepare the filling.
I ham sliced strips, small pieces of meat, chopped fresh herbs and finely sliced mushrooms.
Now my biggest secret. The dough without the filling put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 5 min to dry it a bit and was half ready.
Extract the dough from the oven, grease the sauce and sprinkle a little cheese.
Spread on top of stuffing, but without the green and not sprinkle the filling with cheese (sorry for the not very presentable appearance, just used the mushroom caps to put on the bottom, and the legs at the top). And put into the oven.
For 1 min. before the pizza is ready, remove it and sprinkle cheese and herbs, and place into the oven for another 1 min.
The pizza is crispy, and the dough, even the bumpers, very tasty. At least, we like it that way :)
