Cooking
For the filling, I use rice aquatics Mix brand Mistral. Boil grits according to the instructions on the package.
Finely chop the garlic, chilli and parsley.
Defrost the peas and spinach. Zucchini cut into small cubes.
The rice is ready. Sprinkle with salt and pepper it.
Add to the rice with all the vegetables.
Sheet Filo pastry and divide into 4 parts. That is, from one sheet, the resulting four pieces. Edges lubricated with water. Spread the filling on one side.
Turn these rolls. Keep the unused sheets under a damp towel.
Spread on paper towels to soak up excess fat.
Served hot rolls with cold sauce. For the sauce, grate on a coarse grater crab sticks. Mix them with sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
When serving add lemon slices.
