Chocolate cupcakes with curd cream

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    180 g

  • Flour

    205 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar essence

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    230 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    90 ml

  • Rum

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vanilla

    0.5 g

Cooking

Prepare curd cream. Fat cottage cheese (my home) twice, pass the sauce through a fine sieve, add the sugar and mix thoroughly.

Add the egg, vanilla ( vanilla or vanilla extract). Mix well.

Take 2 containers:first mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, salt. Second liquid: water, vegetable oil, vinegar, rum. It turns out rather thin dough.

In the prepared baking dish spread the chocolate dough on top - in the middle - 1.5-2 tsp cream cheese.
