  • Butter

    120 g

  • Powdered sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.75 cup

Remove the zest from lemons and squeezing the juice. (I had 4 lemons)

Flour, slit the pieces of butter and powdered sugar and grind hands crumbs

Pour into baking dish, bake until the dough has already started but not yet flushed.

Prepare the filling. shake all the ingredients with a mixer.

Pour the filling into base and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 min. to check on availability as cheesecake. when shaken, the middle should be slightly porositsa.

Cool first on the table, then in the refrigerator without removing from the mold. cut into squares
