Cooking
Cut the meat into small pieces and
lightly fry in a pan with hot oil.
Onion cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater and
sauté the vegetables in butter in which the meat was browned. Add the chopped garlic.
Very quickly rinse the rice under running cold water. And thoroughly drain the water.
Pour water and soy sauce. Salt. Quickly stir, bring to a boil, lower the heat to low and
simmer under the lid tightly closed 15-25 minutes. The first 15 minutes the cover is not open.
The rice turns out crumbly and tasty. I got some left over rice, I ate with pleasure just as a side dish. Mix well.
Put the meat on the bottom of the molds.
Add to sour cream soy sauce and stir.
To brush the meat with sour cream sauce.
Put the meat rice, not tamping.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Over the cheese in each portion put a plate of mushrooms. To coat the mushroom with sour cream.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
