Cooking

step-0
Millet cook until almost cooked ( I did it in a double boiler)
step-1
Chicken wash, dry with paper towels and RUB with salt, seasoning (or ground pepper) and curry powder inside and out.
step-2
Apple cut into pieces (or grate it), mix with millet and lemon zest. Salt to taste
step-3
Chicken filling (the filling is all not going to fit) and sew (or stab toothpicks) hole. Wings better hide under the skin. ( I wrapped them in foil, but they still are a bit grabbed). Lemon juice combine with butter and honey, stir and coat the chicken.
step-4
Bake in a preheated to 180 With 1 hour and 15 minutes, occasionally basting segregated juice. Remove from the oven, the chicken is removed from the form (or take, put the remaining stuffing on top and put the chicken (or take a different form, there to spread the remaining stuffing on top of chicken and pour over the juice, which stood out) and again put into the oven for 15-20 minutes.
step-5
Before serving, thread (floss to remove). Your appetite
