Description
Chicken fillet sweet and spicy at the same time. Caramelized chicken, red onions with vegetables. Wonderful dish for the holiday feast.

Cooking
Chicken fillet cut cubes and put in a bowl. Filled red sweet grape wine without adding herbs and spices. Put in the fridge overnight.
Wine and cheese is poured and put in a bowl. Salt and stirred.
Sliced thin onion half rings.
The pan warmed up, I poured the oil and put onions for frying. Poured a teaspoon of sugar, added salt and roasted until tender. The onions were placed in a bowl.
In the same pan fry the fillets. Added oil, sugar two teaspoons, Cayenne pepper and ground white pepper. (Freshly ground pepper is very fragrant. Any dish will give a unique taste!)
Roast until the liquid evaporates and until Golden color.
Thawed vegetables are put in a heated pan.
Added chopped bell pepper. Salt and fry in butter until tender. In prepared vegetables put the pressed garlic.
Garnish cooked rice Mistral bags.
The rice is put in the center of the plate. On it laid out the vegetables and cubes of chicken fillet. On fillet put the onions caramelized.
