Soft butter, beat well with sugar. I chose to bake a fine brown sugar TM "Mistral"
Add to oil mixture with egg, beat thoroughly. Enter the sifted flour, baking powder, milk and cocoa. Mix well. Spread the batter in muffin tins (I have silicone, if you have a regular, pre-grease them with oil) and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes.
While baked cakes, make cream. In a saucepan pour the milk and add marshmallows. On low heat cook stirring until marshmallows dissolve. Cool milk mixture to lukewarm. Beat white butter and the portions of pumped milk mixture, constantly whisking the cream. Remove the cream in the refrigerator. As the cream hardens, whisk it again.
The finished cupcakes are cool, cut in half. Cream remove from the refrigerator and let it stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Put the cream in a pastry bag or syringe and squeeze the bottom part of the cupcake. Cream not regret! Cover the cream top part of the cupcake...
