Cupcake sour cream with feijoa
Baking is very tasty, moist and flavorful. Feijoa contributes a touch of exotic that makes the cupcake more interesting in terms of taste sensations. This recipe I want to dedicate Olechka (Marioka82).

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Margarine

    120 g

  • Brown sugar

    230 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Feijoa

    5 piece

  • Petals

    2 Tbsp

Break the eggs into a saucepan.

Add sugar, salt

sour cream, softened margarine and beat with a mixer until smooth.

Sift the flour, pour into it the baking powder and add to the batter.

and then beat with a mixer until smooth and elastic.

To take shape, and if you want to lubricate (I'm not smeared with-me silicone) with margarine or butter. The size of my form 25х11, height 9 cm. Pour half of the batter into the form, razravnyat with a wet spatula.

Feijoas carefully wash and thinly slice the slices.

Spread feijoa circles in two layers on top of the dough.

From top to pour the second half of the dough and razravnyat with a wet spatula.

Next sprinkle cake with almonds and slightly press them to the test with a dry spatula.

Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for 40-50 minutes. Top cover with foil for 10 minutes before it is ready to be removed, so that the petals are lightly browned.
