Cottage cheese-raspberry dumpling deep-fried
Maybe not exactly useful, but very tasty dish. It is best to eat them piping hot, before they cool off!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Mix sugar, juice, eggs and flour.

Mix well.

Knead the dough, roll it into a ball.

Tearing off small pieces of dough, roll them into wicks.

Of flagella and cut into small dumplings, slightly bigger than 1 cm.

Vegetable oil bring to a boil. If the oil is badly warmed - dumplings are lightly browned. (So the first batch I didn't take a picture)

In boiling oil portions (pieces 10) to throw dumplings. Cook them until Golden color.

The finished dumplings spread on a napkin to stack the excess fat.

Decorate with powdered sugar and mint. Serve with sour cream or jam.
