It's a trademark recipe of my dad! the meat was great, but a bow simply matchless:)

Cooking
To start my meat and cut into slices thick as a finger.
On a very hot frying pan put the meat and fry until Golden brown (literally half a minute). All the meat at a time, not fry!!! and it will let the juice and begin to stew, not roast.
When meat is fried, add to it 1 Cup of water, salt, pepper, Bay leaf and vinegar and saute on high heat for 10 minutes. Add onions rings and turn down the heat to mid and simmer 15-20 minutes.
