Medallions of Turkey on mashed potatoes
I come to you with medallions of Turkey, marinated in honey and rosemary marinade that gives the meat an interesting note. This dish nice variety of not only everyday life, but also decorate the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    6 piece

  • Parmesan

    6 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

Mix in a bowl: cheese, garlic (chopped), rosemary, balsamic vinegar, a mixture of peppers, honey, salt. We get a sort of marinade.

In a plastic bag, put the medallions of the Turkey and the marinade. Tie the package and shake well several times to marinade the meat is covered. Put in the fridge for an hour.

Then take it out of the package (sticking the pieces are not removed) and put in a heatproof baking dish.

Bake in the oven heated to 200°, about 40 minutes. Time depends on thickness of the pieces, you can check the readiness with a fork.

Prepare mashed potatoes according to your favorite recipe for mashed potatoes put a piece of Turkey. I have made tubes of cheese biscuits and sun-dried tomatoes (luckily I made them myself), but it is optional.
