Kebab from chicken liver
Very tasty skewer of chicken liver with spices.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

Cooking

I boiled the liver until semi cooked. Chilled liver mince.

Add the egg and stir.

Put sour cream, stir.

Add the onions and parsley.

Add olive oil, Kikkoman soy sauce and Provencal herbs. Mix well. The mixture should be thick.

"Sculpt" the resulting mass on the skewers.

Wrap it in foil. Put into the oven or roast over the coals. Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.

5 minutes until cooked, open the foil and allowed to form a delicious crust. It is served hot. Cold dish is also very tasty.
