Skewers with squid
Skewers with squid, marinated in soy sauce, olive oil and Basilica with grilled vegetables. Just a few minutes and You have a complete dish. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Squid

    1 kg

  • Soy sauce

    30 ml

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

Cooking

Peel and rinse in cold water squid. Cut into strips.

Roll each strip into roll and glow on the skewer or skewer.
