Mint cheesecakes
Cheesecake is tasty, healthy and pretty simple, and if add the chopped mint, then they are still refreshing, which is very important in the summer season.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 handful

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Cottage cheese (my home), add egg yolk, semolina. Mix well.

In a blender pour the sugar. Mint wash, dry.

To the sugar add the mint leaves.

To kill sugar with mint.

Add the mint sugar to the cream cheese. Mix well.

Then add the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix well.

Form the cheese cakes, and roll them in breadcrumbs.

Trays to lay baking paper, grease with vegetable oil and put the cheesecakes. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes until it will turn brown.
