For dinner last night, baked this wonderful cake. Juicy filling in a gorgeous yeast dough with crispy crust!!! Try it, I'm sure You'll love it!!!

Cooking
Meat scroll in a meat grinder with fine screen
Shred cabbage into strips, pour the milk, a little salt and boil them to "al'dente", ie, the cabbage should be a little crunching

Divide the dough into two pieces: a bigger one for bottom of pie, one for the cover. Roll the dough with a rolling pin.
On the dough spread the filling, cover with second part and stung around the edges. In the middle of the pie to make a vent for steam when baking.
And brush the beaten egg on the pie
Bake this beauty in the oven at 180C for about 45 minutes until Golden brown. Ready pie to grease with butter.
