Actually, all that we need for the happiness of our nutritionist. A flour to sift, separate the yolks from the whites.
In a bowl, combine the cheese, egg yolks, vegetable oil "Oleyna", salt on the tip of a knife and thoroughly mix.
Add to the mix the cornmeal, bran, wheat flour and soda, slaked vinegar. Knead the dough.
Sorrel rinse, dry and thinly slice.
The bottom and sides of molds to put the dough, fill them with sorrel, a little (like salt) sugar prisypaya.
Beat egg whites with sugar into a lush foam. At the end of whipping add the vanilla sugar and a little lemon juice. Using a spoon beaten egg whites into molds, forming caps.
Bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool, hold a sharp knife around the edge of the ramekins, taking care not to damage the "cap" of whipped egg whites, gently lay cakes on a plate. Serve with mint tea and a spoon of honey (when the dietician screwed up eyes from pleasure). Bon appetit! :)
