This option can be a great side dish to any meat on the grill! The fat permeates the potatoes with their juice and flavor and it turns out sooooo delicious!
Ingredients

Soy sauce

Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp
Cooking
Lard cut into small slices
Potatoes wash. Potato cut into 3-4 pieces and thread on skewers 2 things, alternating the potato slices with pork fat
For the sauce-grease, we need soy sauce "Kikkoman"
Mix soya sauce with tomato sauce (I used homemade sauce, but you can get ketchup or sauce Krasnodar)
The sauce lubricates potato kebabs on all sides. Salt is not necessarily as salty bacon inside the potato and soy sauce on the outside will do the trick... although... if you think it necessary - the sunflower
Spread on the grate of the grill and roast over coals until cooked potatoes
