Pasties with beef and cheese
I want to share with You, my friends, is a very delicious recipe for pasties. Crispy batter with juicy toppings and stringy cheese will not leave anyone indifferent!

Ingredients

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Vodka

    1 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    250 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    0.25 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the dough: to mix the yolk with water and salt.

Gradually add the sifted flour when the batter becomes thick like pancake add oil and vodka. Need as much flour to the dough not sticking to hands. Long knead not necessary.

Roll the dough into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

While the dough rests, make filling. In the ground beef ( I had twice twisted) add the onion finely diced, Cheese grated on a coarse grater, soy sauce, chopped herbs and pepper. Carefully mix everything.
