Potato tartlets with vegetables
Delicious, elegant and easy dish. Self-sufficient, requires no side dish. Well in the Post and for the festive table instead of mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Pepper

  • Mushrooms

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

Potatoes and carrots clean.

Cut, add salt and water. Boil until tender. Do mashed potatoes. I used the blender. You can add carrots, but I love mashed potatoes with carrots. In mashed potatoes add starch.
