Pineapple upside-down cake
Pie-Changeling. Very interesting and unique taste. Which is completely different depending on the temperature at which You eat.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    450 g

  • Potato starch

    4 tsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Sugar

    0.333 cup

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Flour

    210 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 Tbsp

Ingredients.

First make the sponge cake. Combine water, butter, sugar. Heat until the sugar dissolves, without boiling. Remove from heat and completely cool. Mix with flour and baking powder. If You do not let the mixture cool completely before introduction of flour, the baked dough will be more dense and smell like honey. I don't know why.

While cools oil mixture on the sponge cake, we got pineapple. Drain all the juice, mix with starch. Add the oil there (pictured with the ingredients of margarine, but I didn't like the taste), sugar and water. Bring to boil and simmer 3 minutes until thick. Allow to cool slightly.

The bottom of the form greased with oil. The pineapples are evenly spread on the bottom, top, spread pineapple cream.

Sprinkle the dough exactly.

Bake at t=175 35-40 min.

Put upside down on a plate and leave for 5-10 minutes and remove form.

Cut. This is when the dough was done with warm oil mixture.

But the shape when the dough is made from completely cold buttered biscuit mix.
