Cooking
For dessert cooking we need buckwheat flakes of TM"Mistral".
Buckwheat flakes it is necessary to grind into flour (I used a coffee grinder) and add the instant cocoa powder.
Boil the milk and cook the chopped buckwheat flakes and cocoa powder, for 5 minutes.
Then add to buckwheat mixture, raisins, vanilla, pumpkin seeds, lemon zest and butter. Boil for 3 minutes.
The finished dish to cool under the lid to room temperature. Dessert to use as a Breakfast. Help yourself!
