This recipe was shared by a friend of my mother, and we are, well, sooo grateful) and you try to prepare, and this dish is sure to please you)))

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    6 kg

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Water

    2 l

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    4 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 cup

  • Sunflower oil

    0.5 l

  • Chili

    1 piece

Cabbage, if it were big like mine, cut in half if small, boil whole for about 10 mins, but depending on variety

Then I cut these pieces, halves cut another in half, remove the stalk

In a pan put a bowl of Kale, bowl of vegetables, squeezing a clove of garlic and finely chop the pepper, and again a ball of cabbage. We did half portions so we got 2 of the ball.
