Fragrant lemon rice with nuts
Bright, with lemon flavor and satiety of nuts, this rice is a great side dish for fish or meat, but also satisfying in itself. I propose to try.

Ingredients

I used a rice blend from the company Mistral bubble MIX. Add rice to pan, pour 500 ml of boiling water, add salt. Boil the rice until tender.

Nuts I roasted on a dry pan for 5 minutes. To postpone the nuts aside.

Heat in a pan the oil, fry the spices (turmeric, pepper, mustard) and add the lemon zest. All this to warm up for 5-7 minutes.

Add to the pan cooked rice, mix well.

Add the nuts and heat all together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
