Chocolate chip cookies with Brazilian walnut
The main character in these cookies - of course brazilski nut! All the rest is very simple! Cookies turns crisp and tender.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Starch

    1 cup

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Nuts

    100 g

Softened butter, beat with powdered sugar until smooth.

Add the grated chocolate.

Mix everything.

In a separate bowl mix the flour and starch. Sift.

Join our chocolate butter and flour part. Knead the dough.

Wrap it in clingfilm and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.

While the dough was resting in the cold, I decided to do nuts. Although the seller assured me that the nuts are already sufficiently cleaned, I was still confused by the presence of a brown film.

Dealt with them like I do with naughty nuts. I filled them with boiling water and let stand a few minutes. Drained the water and put on a towel. Wrapped and lightly rubbed the skin separated. Now I like them.

Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out to a thickness of 0.5 mm, cut into rectangles. Put on the laid parchment baking sheet. On each piece of cracker put on one nut. Put in a preheated 190 deg. the oven. Bake for approximately 5-7 minutes. Watch them because they bake quickly.
