Trout with juniper
I bring to Your attention the recipe is incredibly delicate fish, with a crisp and spicy aroma of juniper.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    500 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Juniper

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Juniper berries chop (or pound in a mortar).

Add half of the juice of 1 lemon, zest of 1 lemon, half the olive oil.

With fish cut fillet. Make shallow cuts in the skin slightly obliquely.

The pan drizzle with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, put half of the butter, diced.

The fish smear with the marinade, put it on squardo and leave for 30 minutes.

Spread on the fish remaining chopped butter. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
