Paella with spinach and lentils
An interesting dish. Hearty, substantial side dish for men, a full meal-dinner for the ladies.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Broth

    3 cup

  • Spinach

    1 handful

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Saffron

    1 handful

  • Lemon

    1 piece

Cooking

Rinse the rice

Rinse the lentils

Peel the onion and garlic

In hot oil add the garlic and fry the garlic to remove

In the garlic oil to fry onions

Put in a pan the rice and lentils

Sprinkle everything with saffron

Add gradually the broth

Put the spinach, simmer all until tender. To taste put salt and pepper
