Pie with grapes

Ingredients

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Ricotta

    300 g

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

Cooking

Knead the dough. Of flour and diced butter get crumbs.

Then add 4 tbsp water and knead the dough to smooth and elastic. Take a round baking dish with a diameter of about 22 cm, roll out the dough into a circle slightly larger diameter. To be honest, my dough turned out crumbly whiter, it's not rolled, but simply made the bottom and sides of the form test. Yolks with powdered sugar whipped to a foam.

Add the ricotta and beat again briefly, until smooth.

Grapes cut in half, remove pits.

Lemon zest, grate and add to the cream.

Grapes and cream add to cream, mix well. Pour the resulting cream in a base and decorate as desired.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. the Finished cake to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
