ABC of pork in the pot
Recipe ASE tartare requires no rare items, so to make it everyone can! )))

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    5 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

Cooking

Meat cut into cubes and spread on a pan with vegetable oil.

Salt, add spices (I used Khmeli-suneli, about 1 tbsp).

Meat will get water. Cook in this water for about 10 minutes. Spread on a plate, remove while in the side.

Peel potatoes and also cut into small cubes. Put it on our pan, which left a little cold water. Salt a little and fry until the water is not evaporated, 5-7 minutes.

Then get our pots and begin to lay out layers. On the bottom we put a Bay leaf.

Next, spread the meat.

A layer of finely chopped onion.

Layer our potatoes.

Layer sliced zucchini salt (you can use the pickles).

And on top of finely grated garlic.

In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and tomato paste, pour a glass hot boiled water, all mix well.

Pour the mixture of our dish and put in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
