Vegetable paella
Paella national dish of Spanish cuisine. It happens, and vegetarian paella. But the main ingredients remain the same: it is flavored with saffron rice, tomatoes and olive oil is something that will be a good variety for Lenten table.

Cooking

Boil the rice in salted water with the addition of turmeric.

Turmeric gives a beautiful yellow color rice and spicy taste.
