Pork with prunes
This is one of the favorite dishes of our family. I don't remember when and where peeped the basis of this recipe and then added some strokes to your liking. The meat is soft and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Prunes

    200 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    15 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Basil

    0.66 tsp

Cooking

Lean pork cut into small pieces.

Fry the meat in a well heated pan until brown on both sides. And then transfer to a clean bowl.

Into the pan, where was roasting meat, pour the wine and let it boil for 3 minutes. Then pour the wine into the meat.

Chop and fry the onions. Add to the onions grated tomatoes, stir and cook another 7 min.

Meat with wine to put on the onion-tomato mixture, stir and simmer on slow heat for 70 min. If during the process of cooking is not enough liquid, add a little water.

Add to the meat of the prunes, salt, Basil, black pepper. All stir and simmer for another 30 min.

Turn off the stove and allow the meat to stand for 10-15 minutes. Bon appetit!
