Cooking
Defrost the puff pastry, as stated in the instructions, and put it into the form in which we bake. Cut into cubes peach, if it is not sweet, you can sprinkle a little sugar
spread the peaches on the dough
Whisk the sour cream with sugar and pour it peach
Top close strips of dough, grease with egg and put in oven 210 degrees for 5 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180 deg. and bake for another 15 min.
