Pie
Very easy to make pie. I had to make some changes to the recipe: 1. Baking dish to make with rice paper (the rice I had, I used regular) 2. Instead of dried cherries and peaches, I used dried apricots.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    110 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    4 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    1 pack

  • Figs

    50 g

  • Cards

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Hazelnuts

    100 g

  • Honey

    110 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix the dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, ginger, cocoa.

Dried cut large figs into 4 pieces, dates 2 parts of dried apricots into 2 parts.

Whole nuts and chopped dried fruit mix with dry ingredients.

Chocolate melt in a water bath.

Honey and sugar melt with the addition of 1 tbsp water.

The melted chocolate add the flour and nuts.

Melted honey and sugar add the flour, nuts and chocolate.

Knead the dough (it will not be easy). First, the mass stir with a spoon, and when it is not much cooled, to continue the process by hand.

In the original recipe form to make rice paper, I was not and I used the regular baking paper. To be honest, the paper was not easy to remove(((((. So: the form to lay baking paper, grease it with butter and sprinkle semolina. Into prepared pan spread batter evenly.

Bake the cake on medium heat (I have no thermometer, the exact temperature can not specify) 15-20min. The recipe had to bake the cake 30-35 minutes, but during this time I have a cake burnt at the edges.

Cake to cool and wrap in foil. Put in the fridge for a day.
