Cooking
For this dish fits the blend of parboiled and wild rice.
Fry the onions in olive oil until translucent. Meat finely chop and add to the onion + oregano+ soy sauce + pepper + Bay leaf. Fry on high heat for 3 min.
Oven included 180 gr. With a lid put the pieces of butter.
Now spread the fried meat with onions.
Top!!! the meat put the chopped into 4 pieces mushrooms. When the mushrooms are on top, they won't break!! In the future they will come in handy for decorating dishes. Pour the warm water from the calculation of pic (1:2,5).
Cover with a lid and put into the oven for 40 min.
After 40 min take the form of a salt, gently stir. Another 10 mins in the oven. Then turn off the oven. The form does not take out and allow to infuse for another 15 min. Here's a great pic we got!!
Spread on the plates. Around the edge spread the mushrooms, sprinkle with grated cheese and greens.
