Rainbow trout baked with a stuffing of sun-dried tomatoes, bacon, chili, celery and parsley
Tasty, healthy fish, which is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    4 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    4 piece

  • Bacon

    4 piece

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Trout wash, brush away the innards, remove the gills. Dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper.

Bacon put 1 minute in the microwave to melt the sebaceous layer (we want the flavor of bacon but not the fat).

Parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, celery, bacon, garlic, chilli chopped (can be large). Season with a little salt stuffing pepper.

Mix all ingredients in a deep dish.

Stuff stuffed trout - belly and head. Grease the foil with olive oil, sprinkle with oil lightly and fish. Bake in the oven at 180* 20 minutes. At the end of cooking you can turn the convection mode on for 2-3 minutes for formation of a ruddy crust.

Serve with your favourite side dish or as a separate dish.
